Every class is structured, organized, and designed to instill discipline and familiarity. Over time, this is the key to building confidence, success and achieving lifelong goals.
About 80% of all our decisions are based on our emotions. Therefore, at Rising Phoenix Martial Arts we believe it is so important to teach our students much more than the physical aspects of martial arts. We focus on their state of mind and body. This helps our students learn at an accelerated rate on the mats, in school, and in their careers.
